Milton Glaser
I came across this Milton Glaser piece I had never seen before and thought it was pretty awesome.

PS friends at Ludlow Kingsley just designed the Milton Glaser site.
Things are warming up: A Bit Boho
This last spring trend I’m liking might partially be dictated by the influx of “festival fashions” that are showing up in my instagram and pinterest feeds. But regardless, I definitely like certain elements of it. It’s easy/ effortless/ and classically cool.

Is it warm where you are yet?!

Things are warming up: Brights
I know I shared some inspirations for super vibrant spring color palettes but I still want to include it in this warm weather fashion round up because I really love it right now. It’s pretty hard not to feel happy and spring-like when you are wearing bright coral pants!

Things are warming up: Soft Neutral Femme
Things are starting to warm up here weather wise in LA. We had a bit of rain last week, but this week as been pretty beautiful. In the upper 70′s here near the coast. As the weather begins to change, it gets me thinking about the changing fashions that come with higher temps. I’ve already worn shorts several times this week (in SF I was lucky if I got to wear shorts several times a year). Looking through some of my pinterest fashion board images I noticed a few trends I am gravitating towards and thought it would be fun to share them. This first look I’m calling Soft Neutral Femme. It’s all about an understated neutral palette, soft flowy, gauzy (breathable) fabrics and glowy sun-kissed skin.

Daily outfits-Weekly recap
I don’t have time in the day to have someone take glamorous outfit photos everyday like some bloggers. I wish I did! But I have taken to snapping a few pics of my outfit on my way out of the house in the morning and posting to my Instagram. I have had some people express interest in seeing more of my fashion takes on the blog and until I can figure out how to schedule in some legit photos for that, I thought maybe it would be fun to share my daily outfits in a weekly recap.

Loosing my marbles
okay, I know this kinda of makes me a crazy person, but if I’m being honest, it is taking every ounce of sanity for me to not buy this little mexican baby dress set at Old Navy. Too stinkin cute!

I know my girl Emily is with me on this one!

Dancers Marina Kanno and Giacomo Bevilaqua from Staatsballett Berlin are captured in super slow motion (1000 frames per second) and set to the equally eery, beautiful, slow and dramatic Radiohead.
