Levi’s Go Forth

Here is some pretty rad collateral from Levis when they launched their Go Forth Campaign.

“Legend has it that Grayson Ozias IV was a friend of Levi Strauss’ nephew Nathan and explored America in the 1890s. In 1896 he disappeared into the American wilderness, after hiding his fortune in the hope of spurring others to go forth and seek adventure. Levi’s archivists were able to recover wax recordings Grayson made, detailing his travels and hinting at the final hiding place of his fortune.”

Based on this legend, Levi’s sent out these promo packages to get people involved in a complex scavenger hunt to win Grayson Ozias’ money. Although, the story is good, I honestly couldn’t really care less, I’m really just way into the collateral. I love the handwritten envelope, the old photo tied up with twine, the screen printed handkerchief, it’s all really cool.
